Laria Construction began breaking ground in the Summer of 2014 at 168 Cascade Rd. Stamford Connecticut.
The house was gutted and the foundation was altered as it was in great condition. The existing two-car garage was completely demolished. A brand new foundation was laid with concrete blocks, cement slab and new framing.
The house was stick-built and is 4,500 sq. ft.
